1)  You can't, or you just don't want to, sponsor people or sell a product.  SOLVED - there is NO sponsoring required and no selling needed to make money here. 
 
2)  You just don't have the large amounts of money most programs want just to get started.  SOLVED - you can start with as little as $21 (including a one-time $11 membership fee).
